Nov. 26

DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE RIGHT — At 12:15 p.m., William P. Chasse, 52, of West Street, Rocky Hill was picked up in Rocky Hill by police on an outstanding warrant.

POSSESSION AND SALE OF NARCOTICS, INTERFERING WITH OFFICER — At 8:25 p.m., Leon G. James, 25, of Edgewood Drive, Hartford, was stopped by police as a passenger in a car driving on Route 9 north at Exit 15. The report says he is on parole and a police canine found $181 cash in his pocket, a flip phone and cell phone. He told officers he had crack cocaine but sold it all, according to the report, however a search revealed drugs hidden in his crotch — 28 bags of heroin and .8 grams of crack cocaine. He has convictions for sale and possession of narcotics and with intent to sell and drug paraphernalia, drugs in prohibited place, probation violation, forgery, larceny, operation under suspension, failure to appear and robbery.

IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, UNREGISTERED VEHICLE AND VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — At 5:28 p.m., Rafael Lopez, Bracetti, 29, of South Street, Cromwell, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Broad and William streets.

Nov. 17

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, THIRD-DEGREE FORGERY, THREATENING — At 8 p.m., Robert W. Hills, 21, of Brooks Road turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
