June 12

BREACH OF PEACE, INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER, SECOND-DEGREE THREATENING — At 9:27 p.m., police responded to a call about a disturbance in which a large crowd of people were walking in front of the police station on the sidewalk when Edgardo Quinones, 50, of High Street took out his cell phone, moved it within a foot of an officer's face and took a photograph, according to the report. The officer said he pushed the phone away and told Quinones he could take as many photographs as he likes but "cannot shove things in my face," to which Quinones said he'd settle it with the officer "on the street" when he wasn't on duty.
