July 15

THREE COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — At midnight, Dirk Falls, 50, of Church Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

July 12

THIRD-DEGREE BURGLARY, FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY — At 2:21 p.m., Kareem D. Ward, 37, of Burgundy Hill Lane was driving an Acura 32TL on deKoven Drive and Ferry Street without a seat belt. He was found with an outstanding warrant, according to the report.

SECOND-DEGREE HARASSMENT — At 1:15 p.m., Alyssa LaHaye, 25, of Rose Circle was picked up on an outstanding warrant.

July 7

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — At 4:45 p.m., Peter R. Fusco, 27, of Mount Pleasant Street, Meriden, was at Stop & Shop on East Main Street and stole two packages of bacon and a pineapple, according to the report. He then took them to the service desk and returned them for $12.98 in cash.

July 5

NON-STUDENT POSSESSION DRUG PARAPHERNALIA NEAR SCHOOL, POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS AND WITH INTENT TO SELL AND WITHIN 1,500 FEET OF SCHOOL, POSSESSION LESS THAN HALF-OUNCE MARIJUANA — At 7 p.m., police narcotics and major investigations units served a search warrant on Ronnie Kennedy, 55, of Frazier Avenue. The report says he is known to sell prescription drugs from his home. He was found with $1,825 in cash, three oxycodone pills, 20 Clonazepam pills, .4 gram marijuana cigarette, marijuana grinder, cut straws with pill residue, pill crushers, 3.7 gram bag of marijuana and a digital scale, the report says. His wife told police Kennedy has been selling pills for another man for four months for $6 each and does so to make ends meet, the report says. He has 43 prior convictions for assault, criminal trespass, possession of narcotics, sale of drugs, breach of peace, probation violation, larceny, failure to appear, violation of protective order, escape, interfering with police, disorderly conduct, forgery and loitering.
