DUI, RED LIGHT VIOLATION — At 1:30 p.m., James Dawson, 28, of Hawksnest Circle, Middletown, was arrested on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Terrance Murphy, 42, of Wayne Street, Hamden.

BREACH OF PEACE — Amber M. Montanez, 18, of Stoneycrest Drive.

THIRD-DEGREE BURGLARY, FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY, TWO COUNTS CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY — Tevin Dempsey, 20, of Plaza Drive.

INTERFERING WITH OFFICER, VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER — Thomas M. Dillon, 33, of Saybrook Road.

Feb. 3

USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS AND WITH INTENT TO SELL — Lisa M. Gibbs, 45, of Bow Lane.

USE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION OF NARCOTICS — Jason M. Hill, 43, of Bow Lane.

THREE COUNTS OBTAINING DRUGS ILLEGALLY — Janice Read, 43, of Avon Court.

Feb. 5

VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 5:33 p.m., Martin W. Brown II, 31, of Stack Street was seen by police at Liberty and Pearl streets with an outstanding warrant.

Feb. 2

OPERATION WHEN LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, FAILURE TO KEEP PLATES READABLE, TINTED AUTO GLASS — At 7:22 p.m., Tamisha F. Thigpen, 31, of Cubeta Road was driving a Mazda 6 on Pearl Street near Liberty with tinted windows and obscured rear marker plate, according to the report.

Jan. 26

SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — Maxwell Jones, 19, of North Hermitage Avenue, Chicago, Ill., was seen by police standing in the middle of High Street in a crosswalk, urinating in the street with his genitals exposed, according to the report. He was first charged with public indecency then the arrest was amended to second-degree breach of peace, according to the report.
