Middletown Arrests: Nov. 28 to Dec. 6

The following information was provided by the Middletown Police public information officer. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

 

Middletown Police report the following incidents:

SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — On Dec. 6 at 1:30 a.m., police picked up Matthew DeFronzo, 19, of Bellaire Manor, Cromwell, at Harbor Park on an outstanding warrant, the report says, after Connecticut State Police stopped a car while he was a passenger.

TWO COUNTS SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE, SECOND-DEGREE THREATENING — On Dec. 5 at 6:30 p.m., Edward A. Markham, 38, of LaBella Circle was a victim in an assault, police say, and was found with two outstanding warrants.

FAILURE TO RENEW REGISTRATION, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — On Dec. 4 at 8:53 p.m., Nicole Stewart, 26, of Middlefield Street was driving a BMW on Liberty and Berlin streets with a registration expired since Nov. 23, according to the report, and a license that was suspended on Oct. 11.

SIXTH-DEGREE LARCENY — On Dec. 3, Arlette B. Izquierdo, 25, of Cedar Street, Meriden, turned herself in on an outstanding warrant.

IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, FAILURE TO DISPLAY PLATES, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE — On Nov. 28, Cory J. Wagner, 41, of West Street, Cromwell, was driving on Main Street without a front plate.

IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, FAILURE TO DISPLAY PLATES, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM, OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, AND IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE CLASSIFICATION — On Nov. 28, Tracy E. Tucker, 42, of South Main Street was driving on Grand Street without a front plate, and, police say, the plate was reported stolen and belonged on another car.
