THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, SECOND-DEGREE STRANGULATION, SECOND-DEGREE UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT — Ronnie Holley, 54, of Flower Street was taken into custody at home on an outstanding warrant. He has an extensive criminal record, the report says, and is a felon.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 7:06 a.m., the upstairs neighbor of Terence D. Wilford, 44, of Silver Street called police to report he was yelling, arguing, making noise, and came up and broke a window pane on her door, the repot says. Wilford, who smelled heavily of alcohol, police say, told them he had been arguing with his girlfriend all night after he went to sleep on Dec. 31 at 8 p.m. and she woke him, nagging him. When he pushed her away, Wilford says, she put her hands around his neck, and he broke the window pane when asking for help. The girlfriend told police he owned the home and had woken up in a rage and became violent; the neighbor added he had, since 1 a.m., yelled he wanted "everyone out" of the home. The neighbor, the report says, "acts like this all the time" and is the landlord.
