Middletown Police report the following incidents:
Dec. 27
FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS — AT 7:28 p.m., William Bruzy, 50, of LaBella Circle was acting belligerent and causing a disturbance at the Rushford Center on Silver Street, according to the report, and fled the building. He was found in the woods intoxicated, police say, but not incapacitated. He returned at 8:24 p.m., the report says, and employees were afraid he would become violent.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT — At 8:29 p.m., police were called to a home on Countryside Lane for a 911 hangup in which dispatch heard someone breathing heavily into the phone, the report says. Munaf Al-Shekhly, 47, of Countryside Lane told police there was a family issue when they arrived, the report indicates, and admitted getting into a verbal argument over money with the victim, which turned physical. He slapped the victim in the face and hit the victim in the shoulder, knocking the victim down, the report says.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE — At 8:07 a.m., Michael Gallo, 22, of Crompound Road, Yorktown Heights, N.Y., was involved in a car accident on Route 9 at Country Club Road, the report says.
