Middletown Arrests: Dec. 1-3

Middletown Police report the following incidents:

FOURTH-DEGREE LARCENY, INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER, THIRD-DEGREE LARCENY, FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, SECOND-DEGREE FALSELY REPORTING AN INCIDENT — On Dec. 3 at 11 p.m., Middletown Police picked up Joshua Woolley, 23, of Spring Street at the Wallingford Police department on an outstanding warrant.

FIRST-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR — On Dec. 3 at 9:15 a.m., Angel Gabriel Torres, 30, of Oak Street was at the adult probation office on Main Street and discovered to have an outstanding warrant from East Haven Police stemming from an earlier second-degree harassment and violation of protective order arrest.

FAILURE TO DISPLAY PLATES, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WHEN LICENSE SUSPENDED, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS — On Dec. 1 at 3:15 p.m., Michael J. McDaniel, 27, of Liberty Street was driving a Dodge Intrepid on Main Street behind a police cruiser without a front marker plate.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT MINIMUM INSURANCE — On Dec. 1 at 4:25 p.m., Michael A. McLean, 32, of Grand Street turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.
