Middletown Police report the following incidents:

May 2
THREATENING — At 4:30 p.m., Kyle Jack, 25, of Trolley Crossing Lane was processing on an outstanding warrant.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, TWO COUNTS VIOLATION OF PROBATION — At 10:18 p.m., police were called to Burr Avenue by a man, Jonathan Dumais, 34, of Burr Avenue, who said his father hit him with his car and drove away. The report says Dumais was bleeding from his head and elbow and smelled of alcohol, then sent to the hospital. The report says the father got angry when the son refused to drive him up the street to buy weed then knocked him on the road with his open side door while reversing. Dumais grabbed onto the car and the father continued, veering to the left, and throwing him to the ground, the report indicates, however his injuries were not consistent with his story. The father said the son woke up him to buy weed but knew he would buy crack so he tried to leave the apartment, but was pushed down a flight of stairs by the son, the report indicates. He tried to drive away slowly in the car, but Dumais prevented him so he hit the gas then slammed on the brakes, so the son lost his balance, police say. Dumais' record includes convictions for sixth-degree larceny, third-degree mischief and assault, interfering with an officer, violation of protective order and probation, and two pending cases for sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. On May 3, he was found at Middlesex Hospital with an outstanding warrant.
