VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER — On Aug. 31 at 8:30 a.m., Cedric T. Avery, 34, of no certain address, New Haven, was transported from Middlesex Hospital to police headquarters.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On Aug. 30 at 8:02 p.m., police arrived at the apartment of Christopher A. Fountain, 21, of deKoven Drive, on the report of a fight between he and his mother. He said, “just take me to jail,” admitting he shoved his mother in the back after he was packing things and she asked questions that annoyed him.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, THREATENING, THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — On Aug. 30 at 4:45 p.m., a female victim said she and her fiancé were staying with his brother, Willie E. Harrison, 48, of Main Street, when she was cleaning it up to move to New Britain and Harrison showed up at 1 p.m. to help. He began yelling at her about not cleaning a back room and threw a phone at her. He said she was worthless and had to live with his brother because she couldn’t support herself, then said she could be gone like that, snapping his fingers. He pushed her and she fell, hitting her head on the cement then threw her computer and personal things, causing $150 worth of damage. She went to Middlesex Hospital and was diagnosed with a slight concussion.

BREACH OF PEACE — On Aug. 30 at 1:27 p.m., Jeffrey Shaw, 53, of Hillhorst Avenue, New Britain, was on Court Street fighting with his ex-girlfriend, Charmaine Jones, 27, of Ferry Street, about taking the plates off her car. The car was his and she was using it. She said he struck her in the arm with a screwdriver and she broke up with him two days ago after dating for two years and he didn’t want her to use the car anymore. A witness saw him hit her seemingly accidentally with the plate. Shaw said she was yelling and swearing at him and threw the license plate at him at one point.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — On Aug. 26, Jesse M. Jones, 22, of Hawthorne Drive, New London, was driving on Main Street without his seatbelt.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS — On Aug. 26, Said Oruczadeh, 25, of Spring Street had trespassed on Spring Street despite an order preventing him from being on the property of 144, 146, 148 and 150. Police say him enter the property. The mother who lives there said the letter was [expletive] because he lives there with her.

IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, FAILURE TO CARRY MINIMUM INSURANCE, OPERATION UNREGISTERED MOTOR VEHICLE — On Aug. 26, Wayne Yopp, 50, of Gilbert Street, New Britain, was driving on Main Street with no front plate and a cracked windshield.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — On Aug. 26, Gregory M. Warzecha, 49, of Ranger Avenue was driving on Main Street with an object partially covering the license plate.

OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — On Aug. 26, William E. Tinsley, 43, of Ridgefield Drive was driving on Vine Street with the right brake light half out.

BREACH OF PEACE, FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS — On Aug. 26, Trisha A. Boirie, 31, of High Street was at Macdonough Elementary School on Spring Street dropping off paperwork late; the principal said she is not allowed there. When he reminded her of that, Boirie ignored him and spoke with a teacher, asking which teacher her son was going to have and began rambling about the principal, calling him an expletive, saying, “this is all I have for him,” holding up her middle finger. Her two children, ages 3 and 6, were present as she used large amounts of profanity. She had caused two other incidents at the school on Nov. 16, 2010, and May 23. Police found her at home on High Street and she refused to sign promise to appear. She told an officer “all of the people at the school can ‘kiss her [expletive]’.”
