INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE/REGISTRATION, DUI — On July 10 at 4 p.m., Paul Prebit, 49, was driving on Schuler Road, Haddam, and drove down an embankment.

DUI, FAILURE TO DRIVE IN PROPER LANE — On July 10, at 2:32 a.m., Michael Kaczor, 24, of Crown Street Extension, Meriden, was driving eastbound on Plaza Drive on Route 66, approaching Camp Street in Middletown. A Trooper observed him not maintaining his lane and smelled alcohol on his breath. He failed a sobriety test.
