Middletown Police Department Activity Through March 20

Middletown Police report the following arrests:

THIRD-DEGREE ASSAULT, SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF — On March 20, Kye Vestergaard, 24, of Plaza Drive was arrested after a domestic with his girlfriend. He was given a March 21 court date.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 20, Taryn Tosetti, 19, of Tucker Road, Cheshire, was arrested after allegedly getting into an argument with her boyfriend, smashing his apartment window on Plaza Drive and keying his car. She was given a March 21 court date.

VIOLATION OF RELEASE CONDITIONS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT — David Ritchie, 42, of Ridge Road was arrested March 19 after a March 18 domestic violence incident in which he allegedly struck his roommate in the face.

PROBATION VIOLATION, SECOND-DEGREE FAILURE TO APPEAR, EACH 2 COUNTS — On March 19 Muhammad A. Mannan, 25, of Freeman Road was stopped on Main Street for a motor vehicle violation and found to have outstanding warrants. He was given a March 28 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — Michael Elliot, 49, of Acacea Court, was arrested March 18 at 10:46 p.m. after getting into a physical fight with his son. He was given a March 21 court date.

SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE, INTERFERING WITH AN OFFICER, SECOND-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS — On March 18 at 8:22 a.m. Royal Cade, 18, of Lenox Street, Hartford, allegedly entered his ex-girlfriends home on Grand Street and began a verbal argument with her. He was given a March 18 court date.

THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, INTERFERING WITH AN EMERGENCY CALL — Derek Elliot, 19, of Acacea Court, was arrested March 18 at 10:46 p.m. after he allegedly punched holes in the walls and hit his father. He was given a March 21 court date.

THIRD-DEGREE STRANGULATION, DISORDERLY CONDUCT— On March 18, Daryl Johnson, 47, of Ferry Street allegedly choked his girlfriend after an argument over washing the dishes. He was given a March 21 court date.

PROBATION VIOLATION — On March 18 William R. Morehead, 33, of Afton Terrace was a passenger in a routine motor vehicle stop and gave a false name. He was found to have two outstanding PRAWN warrants and given a March 20 court date.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On March 18, Robert P. Paresi, 55, of Ridge Road was arrested after a physical fight with his roommate. He was given a March 21 court date.

FIRST-DEGREE CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THIRD-DEGREE CRIMINAL MISCHIEF, SECOND-DEGREE BREACH OF PEACE — Jerome Alford, 33, of Greenwood Street, New Haven, was arrested Feb. 3 on Oak Street.
