IMPROPER USE MARKER PLATE, OPERATE UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILS MINIMUM — On Feb. 17, John R. Martinez-DeJesus, 20, of Samuel Street, Waterbury, was stopped by police for a motor vehicle violation on Route 9 with a registration for another car. He told police he had just bought the car and didn’t register or insure it.

FIFTH-DEGREE LARCENY — On Feb. 16 at 12:30 p.m., Todd A. Rowe, 40, of South Main Street was panhandling in the Bob's Store parking lot on East Main Street. He was found with an outstanding warrant.

STOP SIGN VIOLATION, OPERATION MOTOR VEHICLE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE — On Feb. 16, Destenie L.D. Watford, 23, of High Street took a right turn from High onto Stack Street without stopping for the sign.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT — On Feb. 16, Jessie Klemyk, 24, of Plaza Drive was fighting loudly with her mother and boyfriend after she took money out of a bank account without her mother’s permission. Police say she pushed her mother out of the room by grabbing her face at the mouth, which caused a cut to her mother’s mouth.
