I have had the great pleasure to be involved with the Greater Middletown Relay For Life for over 10 years. I have worked on publicity for quite a few years. There are many events prior to the actual event that will be held in June. I would like to invite area cancer survivors to this survivor event. A cancer survivor is one who is diagnosed with cancer, at that very moment you are told....you are a survivor. Also those who are having radiation & chemo treatments....you are a survivor. Also those who are done with treatments....you are a survivor. Please do come to this event and celebrate being a cancer survivor. We celebrate you!!!
The Greater Middletown Relay For Life "Survivor Celebration"
The Greater Middletown Relay For Life invites local Cancer Survivors & Family Caregivers to attend our Middletown Relay For Life "Survivor Celebration" on Thursday, March 14, 2013. This event is sponsored by the American Cancer Society and will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Bethany Lutheran Church located at 50 Court Street in Cromwell. The greater Middletown area includes, Middletown, Portland, Cromwell, East Hampton, Middlefield & Durham. A complementary light dinner, dessert & beverages will be served. Come join for a night of fun and fellowship in support of the Greater Middletown Relay For Life.
