Reader: Middletown Police Officer Warner is a True Public Servant

A Junior Middletown Police officer appreciates the recognition he received from the city's community relations officer.

To the Editor:

Officer William Warner, community relations officer of the Middletown Police Department, has been doing a very fine job working on the community  relations division.

He is a good cop and I consider him a friend because he has done a lot for me and my family. Last summer, Officer Warner gave me and my sisters a tour of the Middletown Police Department.

At the end of the tour, he gave us Middletown Police stickers and sutff. Also, for all the writing I do for the newspapers, he gave me an official Middletown Police tee shirt.

I was so very honored to have gotten recognized for all the writing that I do on a daily basis. I hope to be a police officer on the community relations division with the Middletown Police Department.

Thanks for your service, Officer Warner, I support you and all the officers who put their lives on the line.

Billy Prevatte, journalist, blogger, junior Middletown Police Officer
