It Takes Two: Mom and Daughter Campaign in Middletown

Mother and daughter are running for city government seats.

That's right, we are doing it! Mom, Linda Salafia, is running for Common Council in Middletown and I am running for a spot on the Planning and Zoning Board! See here.

We have a lot to say and a lot to offer and I hope to chat with each of our friends in the future personally.

Please show your support, we can't do it without you!

Please let me know if you can and would like to put a sign on your lawn or if you can make a donation of any amount to the campaign (email and I will send you paperwork): no amount is too small!

We hate to ask for money in these tough economic times, but any support is much appreciated and just knowing we have folks behind us is a great feeling, even if you do not live in Middletown: sending love and positive energy via the web is a big help too :)

We are very grateful for the support and encouragement from our friends and family and neighbors — together we can change Middletown.

Soon we will have literature with what we hope to accomplish as elected officials. Please let me know if you would like any to give to your neighbors.

While campaigning, we are collecting items for CATALES cat rescue organization in Middletown as well as St. Vincent DePaul shelter and soup kitchen / Amazing Grace Food Pantry. Even if we do not win, at least we will have feel like we used some of our energy to do something good for Middletown!

Boxes area at Middletown Republican Town Committee headquarters and I would be happy to swing by your home and pick up any donations at any time! Thank you, everyone, in advance for all the support!

Spread the word! Election Day is Nov. 8. EVERY vote counts this year: it will be a close call!
