I met Sally Arletta Garcia at Hole In The Wall theater when I was directing a staged reading of Joyce Blackburn’s comedy, The Stuff Dreams Are Made Of. She was playing the character, Katie, a romantic, Soap Opera groupie. The play was full of funny lines. But the hardest I laughed was during the first read through with the entire cast. My head was down, reading along while listening. Sally delivered a simple line that I didn’t think was necessarily funny. But it brought the "house" down.
