Join us for afternoon tea

On Sunday April 6 from 2 to 4 p.m. the St. Mary's Ladies Guild will be sponsoring an old-fashioned afternoon tea. Doors open at 1 p.m. with a teacup raffle. Why not join us for an afternoon of fabulous homemade traditional tea fare, fellowship, and fun? St. Mary's is conveniently located at 79 S. Main St. Middletown CT. For tickets, call Mary at (203) 237-8553. Or, why not host your own table at this event? Tables of 8 are available. Hostesses supply the tea service. The Ladies' Guild supplies the tea fare. Mary will be happy to fill you in all the particulars when you phone her.
 Tea with homemade finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and lemon curd, cookies and hand-dipped candied fruit...is there anything lovelier?
