An Audience with His Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan

This Sunday, Mother's Day, my Mother and I will be taking an early train into NYC. My Mother is very excited about this as am I. She has been telling everyone at St. Mary of Czestochowa Church here in Middletown CT  and all of her friends she has a meeting with a very important person - His Eminence, Timothy Cardinal Dolan. This is quite an honor. We will have a private audience with Cardinal Dolan following the 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral. Our hope is that he will agree to visit St. Mary of Czestochowa in Middletown sometime in the very near future.
Cardinal Dolan was one of the contenders for Pope earlier this year. He is quite a charismatic person. So this will be quite a memorable Mother's Day for my Mother which makes me immensely happy. I will be sure to write upon our return as to how it all went. The weather forecast is good for Sunday so a pedicab ride around Central Park and drinks in the rooftop garden of the Metropolitan Museum of Art may well round off the day.
