Four-Course Vegan Beer Dinner is Foodie's Nirvana
It's Only Natural hosts a four-course vegan beer dinner on Feb. 3.
is hosting a four-course dinner with delicious beer pairings.
- Walnut-mushroom pate, eggplant fennel dip, with whole-grain bread and pickled green beans paired with Brasserie Dupont Farmhouse Ale.
- Root vegetable tart with endive, haricot and mushroom salad paired with Ommegang Belgian Pale Ale.
- Pecan-beet ravioli filled with sweet potato and sage with mushroom-sage brown "butter" paired with Cottrell Perry's Revenge.
- Pear apple phyllo strudel with maple walnut glaze with Rodenbach Flemish Red.
It's expected to be a hopping (and hoppy) night, so reservations are required. Join these non-straight-edge vegans at ION on Feb. 3.
