Warm The Children Program Receives Grant from the Community Foundation of Middlesex County

The Kiwanis Foundation of Middletown has received a $2500 grant from the Community Foundation of Middlesex County which will help fund the Warm The Children program.

The Kiwanis Foundation of Middletown is a not-for-profit organization whose Warm The Children program provides new basic winter clothing and footwear for needy upper Middlesex County children, birth through age 15. Each child is allotted up to $80 worth of new clothing/footwear; $40 if under age 2.

The CFMC grant will be used entirely to purchase new winter clothing and footwear.  Lynn Baldoni, current President of the Middletown Kiwanis and the program’s coordinator states “this grant will enable us to serve at least another 30 children in the upcoming winter season.”
