Senior Activities Feature Free Manicures, Audubon Talk, Friday Dinner

Highlights of events at the City of Middletown Senior Center October 22 - 26, 2012.

This week, in addition to our regularly scheduled program, Middletown Senior Center patrons are being treated to a presentation from the Connecticut Audubon Society on Wednesday at 2:30, right after BINGO in the main room.

We are also welcoming back Vinal Technical School students Friday, who are bringing us one-to-one computer tutoring and a new free manicure program — both programs are by appointment as space is limited.

Friday afternoon we’ll be hosting our monthly Friday dinner, serving pasta with meat sauce, dinner roll, salad, beverages and dessert. Reservations must be paid in advance.

Eckersley Hall Building Committee members will be present to discuss and answer questions on the project and referendum that will be on the Nov. 6 ballot.
