Clients are encouraged to contribute in a free and voluntary manner toward the cost of this service. The maximum fee from Community Health Center for this service is $30.00.

If you have insurance that covers dental care, it will be billed. If you do not, the service is provided at no charge; however a voluntary donation would be welcome.
