In
the tradition of St. Francis of Assisi, we remember the role of the animals at
this season of blessing and birth, magic and miracle.   Please bring your animal companions—live,
photographed, stuffed teddy bears even—for this service of animal friendly
songs, rare silences, attempted meditation, stories, a brief homily, and
individual blessings of our creatures great and small for a healthy and happy
life with you and holidays with some extra treats.  And please bring your living and lively pets leashed or in a
carrier and under your control at all times!   If you happen to be allergic to dogs or cats, you may
want to sit in the back of the sanctuary or even try another worship experience
on this furry Sunday
