Cromwell Martial Arts will offer a self-defense class for women on Wednesday, July 31st from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM at its center at 871F Newfield Street in Middletown. Master Instructor Frank Shekosky will conduct the class which will be especially geared to women’s safety and practical self-defense techniques. The cost of this class is $15. No prior experience nor level of fitness is required. Master Shekosky has over a 25 years of experience in the martial arts as well as much experience offering courses in security and personal protection.
