Start your week off by letting go of any holiday stress and preparing your heart for others. Resident Teacher, Eve Arias, will guide a simple meditation to help let go of tension and cultivate a peaceful mind and a warm heart. After the meditation, we can share this peaceful feeling with others as we enjoy our meal, enjoy the company of others, and enjoy our own peaceful mind.
