On April 1st Middletown Mayor Daniel Drew will be reading a proclamation in recognition of volunteers and the Corporation for National and Community Service. NEAT will be hosting and light snacks will be provided. The event will take place in the Community Room of the Community Health Center of Middletown at 675 Main Street.
