Slow Flow Yoga

A sweet softer flow of Yoga poses to relax and unwind your body and mind.  All levels of students are invited to turn down the static of their day and enjoy 75 mins of peace and relaxation by the waterfall.  You will expereince compassionate guidance and individual attention from experienced instructor and owner, Erika Halford.  We will practice standing, seated and reclining poses in a slow breath led sequence.
