This class meets the special requirements of pregnant women. Students practice poses and movements that appropriately stretch and strengthen the body while preparing for delivery both physically and psychologically. Deeply relaxing poses are also included. Appropriate for those new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners. Women who are not pregnant may attend this class as they will also benefit from the practices.
