Paintings by Gaspar Ortiz

Suzanne Elliot, Neighbor

Gaspar Ortiz, local artist and retired civil engineer, will be exhibiting his watercolor, acrylic and oil paintings in the Information Area on the library’s second floor during February.  In addition to painting, Gaspar loves to play chess, read and study political issues.  He’s also very interested in Puerto Rican history and culture.
