Gentle Yoga will bring ease to your body, mind and spirit. Class will open with centering and breath awareness, progress into gentle yoga poses with the assistance of props when needed, and end with a deeply relaxing visualization (savasana). This class is for students of all levels who want a gentle, slower approach to the strength, flexibility, and relaxing benefits that yoga has to offer. Healthy alignment for your unique body is demonstrated and clearly verbalized. Restorative poses are offered as well.
