This day-long conference features panel discussions, performances and breakout sessions to explore the past, present and future of work in Connecticut. Join Gov. Dannel Malloy, U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney and former
U.S. Rep. Rob Simmons as they discuss the role of government in job creation in
a panel moderated by John Dankosky, host of WNPR's Where We
Live, which will broadcast live from the conference. Hartbeat Ensemble will
perform vignettes that explore the human side of work life in Connecticut. The conference offers 15 sessions such as Made in
Connecticut, Doing Business, Doing Good: Social Enterprise in CT; Growing
Connecticut; Labor History Through Art, Millennial Work, Educating the Future
Workforce and more.
