Affordable Care Act Insurance Enrollment Fair

Health Center of Middletown is hosting an insurance enrollment fair at their health center at 675 Main Street, Middletown, on October 28th, 3-7pm, to assist those who need help with the application to get health insurance coverage through the Exchange (Access Health CT). Certified Application Counselors will be on hand to assist
patients through the process and answer questions you may have.
