  1. Do you want your skin to have more elasticity…? You’ll look younger when your skin is properly hydrated. Water helps to replenish skin tissues, moisturizes skin and increase skin elasticity.
  2. Water, Water, Water!!! Proper hydration helps keep your joints and muscles lubricated, so you are less likely get cramps and sprains.
  3. Proper Digestion is very important…Drinking water raises your metabolism because it helps in digestion. Fiber and water goes hand in hand so that you can have your daily bowel movement.
  4. Feeling tired all the time….? Water is used by the body to help flush out toxins and waste products from the body. If your body is lacking water, your heart, for instance, needs to work much harder to pump out the oxygenated blood to all cells, and you will become tired more easily.
  5. Do you have trouble concentrating at Work?...The Brain is made of 90 percent water and when dehydrated a headache or migraine can occur.

Carbonated drinks and alcohol are both very dehydrating for the body. Try to drink water in between the carbonated drinks to keep your water levels up!
