Wednesday Is National Kahlua Day

February 27th is National Kahlua Day.

Here's what's cool about kahlua: You can drink it and you can cook with it!

If you are in the mood for a cocktail, then try this Espresso Martini from Mohegan Sun Casino's Vista Lounge (atop Wombi Rock).

Espresso Martini 
Mix together:

1 ounce Van Gogh Vanilla vodka

1 1/2 ounces Kahlua

1 ounce Van Gogh Double Espresso vodka

1 ounce Espresso (preferably fresh)
