Community and Wesleyan Students Dig Up Local History

This week's fact demonstrates the collaborative community effort to dig up local history around Middletown, at the Beman Triangle and Magill Site.

Wesleyan’s Professor Croucher and students, along with community members, have conducted research and practice on archaeological excavations in the Middletown area, such as the Beman Triangle (present-day corner of Cross and Vine streets) and the Magill Site (present-day corner of Union Street and deKoven Drive).
