LIBERTY BANK PRESENTS SEMINAR FOR FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS
Liberty Bank will present a free Homebuyer Education Class on March 15, 2014 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Bayberry Crest/New Meadows Community Room, Plaza Drive, Middletown, CT.
The seminar helps renters understand the transition to homeownership, and is a prerequisite for those wishing to secure down payment assistance or applying for any government housing programs. Topics covered are: homeownership readiness; budgeting and credit; and shopping for, financing and maintaining a home.
