Middletown, CT, Boston, MA (December 24, 2013) –Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering firm with offices in Middletown, CT, Canton, MA and New York City specializing in designing leading edge MEP systems that go beyond meeting the energy code, are extremely proud to announce their promotions within the company. As of January 1, 2014 Associate Michael B. Walsh, P.E. will become the newest Principal of CES, Associate Peter J. Votto, P.E. a shareholder of the firm and  Nicholas Fair promoted to an Associate as well as the Branch Manager of the CES Canton Office.
