Trevor Davis Real Estate New Business Leases and Sales

Sanseer Mill was sold and Susan Bysiewicz for Connecticut now occupies space in the 90 Court Street building in Middletown.

 

Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate announces the following property sales:

  • 282 Main St. Extension, known as Sanseer Mill. C & S Investments LLC purchased the multi-tenant office building for $700,000 from TD Bank. Sanseer Mill is a 21,000 square foot complex of updated historic brick and clapboard buildings located between downtown Middletown and the Saybrook Road medical corridor. Trevor Davis, CCIM, represented the buyer and Tranzon Auction Properties represented the seller.
  •  221 Middlesex Ave. (Route 154), known as the Sage Auction building in Chester. The Buyer, ECPM, LLC, purchased the property for $300,000. The 4,176 square foot building will be used by East Coast Precision Manufacturing to machine plastic components for medical device manufacturers. Trevor Davis represented the buyer and Milton Realty represented the seller.

  • Davis represented the landlord, 337-351 Main St. LLC, to lease 6,000 square feet at 337 Main St. to LaBoca, Inc. 337 Main St. is the former Public Bar and Grill and is in the large building that was formerly the Bob’s Stores headquarters downtown. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction.
  • Davis leased 890 square feet at 670 Newfield St. (Route 3) to the U.S. Pain Foundation, leasing the last available space in this retail and office building. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction representing the Landlord Ottavio & Letizia Monarca.
  • Davis leased office space to Susan Bysiewicz for Connecticut Inc. in 90 Court St., Middletown. Bysiewicz is running for the Senate seat being vacated by Joseph Lieberman. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction representing the landlord, Marino Professional Building, Inc.
  •  Davis leased 7,200 square feet in 905 Middle St. to Mek-Gar, USA, Inc. It is owned by the landlord, J. Sullivan Properties LLC. Davis was the sole broker.
  • Davis completed the following transactions at Middletown Business Park: All Star Software leased 3,250 square feet; Impact Security leased 1,648 square feet; A & A Office Systems leased 3,793 square feet.

Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate has brought Middletown Business Park from 47 to 85 percent leased for BostonMiddletown, LLC, the landlord. This 75,000 square feet office and light industrial park has great access from Interstate 91 at Country Club Road (Exit 20), or Route 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle Street and Industrial Park Road. Available spaces range from 450 square feet office suites to 4,000 square feet office/flex/warehouse spaces.  

  • Davis leased 2,500 square feet of office space to Charles Computer Service at 98 Washington St., above the restaurant Luce. Foster Charles has grown his computer sales and service firm over the past five years enough to require additional space for his growing staff. The landlord, RAMO, LLC, owns the corner parking lot and the mixed use building that includes office space, apartments and the recognized best restaurant in Middletown, Luce. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction.
  • Davis leased 4,000 square feet to Caffrey’s LLC at 140-5 Main St., Metro Square. Caffrey’s Dance & Gymnastics School has provided dance and gymnastics instruction in Middlesex County for over a quarter century. The landlord is Metro Square. Davis represented the tenant and RE/Max Market Place represented the landlord.
  • Davis completed these leases at Main Street Market, 366-386 Main Street, in the core of the Central Business District: Epilepsy Foundation, 1,652 square feet; Easter Seals, 1,204 square feet; It Burns, 3,231 square feet; Howard & McMillan, 1,424 square feet. Davis was the sole commercial real estate broker.

Main Street Market continues its extensive renovation to the mixed-use retail and office building by installing a new elevator in the eastern part of the building, enabling the Main St. front of the second and third floors to be handicapped-accessible. The most recently signed lease is with Serra & DelVecchio, LLC, an insurance company occupying 4,297 square feet.
