St. Sebastian School Sells for $800K

Middletown Realtor reports biz sales this month.

Commercial Realtor Trevor Davis announces the following sales:

  • 61 Durant Terrace: The City of Middletown purchased the former St. Sebastian’s School for $800,000 from the St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. This is a 13,000-square-foot updated historic building and a modular building of 2,000 square feet, both located off of South Main Street. The city will convert the former school into a senior center and municipal offices. The modular building is the temporary home of the Veterans Museum.
  • Commercial condominium unit at 770 Newfield St (Route 3). The owner, Frances M. Cruz, sold the unit to 12 Springbrook LLC for $163,000. The 2,100 square feet industrial space will be leased to Geometric Movers.
