The seller is 337-351 Main Street, LLC, of West Hartford, according to the city assessor's database, and the value is listed as $931,900. Realtor Trevor Davis has listed the 42,872-square-foot property for $1,100,000.
The building, built in 1885, formerly housed the now defunct Public Bar and Grill and before that, the Downtown Bar & Grill in its 6,000-square-foot restaurant space, and sports clothing retailer , which moved years ago to the East Main Street plaza.
