700-Foot Vista Becomes European-Style Market for the Day
The Wadsworth Mansion's 11th summer open air market boasted the largest selection ever of crafts, goods and other handmade items Sunday in Middletown.
The lawn of Middletown's grand Wadsworth Mansion drew several thousand folks Sunday for the much-anticipated European-style outdoor market. Vendors ranged from artisan cheese and baked goods purveyors to handmade jewelry, farm-fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits and fiber artists and other unique-to-Connecticut small businesses.
