Police Use Taser to Subdue City Middle Schooler
Middletown's school superintendent Patricia Charles says the incident took place early Wednesday between police and an unnamed student.
A city student was subdued Wednesday morning by Middletown Police outside Woodrow Wilson Middle School, according to Superintendent of Schools Patricia Charles.
