Connecticut Valley Hospital police in Middletown are searching for a teen and have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen Saturday.
Kelsie-Jean Seiden is white, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5 foot 2 inches tall and weighs 146 pounds and was last seen wearing a black pea coat and black tights, according to the alert.
