Water fitness, youth basketball practice, judo, weight lifting and other programs will not take place.
Rain is expected through 4 p.m. with a slight chance of snow showers after 10 p.m. The National Weather Service is calling for a low of 9 degrees for Middletown overnight and wind chill values a low as minus 8 degrees.
