Catholic Charities Returns to Middletown

Catholic Charities serves more than 7.8 million people each year throughout the country regardless of their religion, race, or background.

Catholic Charities had a grand opening at the Middletown office at 151 Broad St. Monday June 18th. They are back to help serve our community's families.

Catholic Charities and Family Services provides a full spectrum of services including: 

ADOPTION SERVICES include Home Studies for identified, domestic, international, special needs and step-parent adoptions. Open, semi-Open, Identified and traditional adoptions. Services relating to termination of parental rights, statutory parenthood and finalization of adoption. Post-placement supervision of adoptive placements.

Informational and support groups for those engaged in the adoption process. Post-finalization adoption services. 

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES are a licensed system of psychotherapeutic interventions for adults, children and adolescents designed to address a wide variety of emotional and/or behavioral problems, including psychiatric and substance abuse treatment. We believe that support of families and an approach that combines the areas of individual spiritual beliefs and psychology play a vital role in the treatment of our clients.

OFFICE OF FAMILY LIFE activities offered to individuals and families, including such programs as marriage preparation, marriage enrichment, marriage support, separation and divorce support groups, grief management, singles support activities, natural family planning, parenting education, family life education workshops, chastity/abstinence programs, post-abortion reconciliation and counseling services, and volunteer leadership training. 

PREGNANCY SERVICES are provided to birth parents and family members, including pregnancy testing, counseling, parenting education, mentors, and foster homes for infants awaiting adoption placement.
