Of course, in reality this is an hour of them selling you Rubbermaid tubs and thingies to hang in your closet to allegedly make more room. But wouldn’t it be so great if they could sell you actual solutions to actual problems, like why I can’t get my TiVo synced to my WiFi, and why in trying to do so I blew out my WiFi and why I am unable to get the WiFi to accept the new password I created and how I can get my 13-year-old to stop sighing because she cannot go on her netbook because Mom broke the WiFi. That would be great.
