On Saturday, the Caribbean-American Multi-Cultural Association of CT presents their first annual Tace Middletown: Trinidad Style Carnival Launching. Festivities will take place from 1 to 9:30 pm by the waterfront at Harbor Park here in Middletown. There will be live performances by the Hartford Steel Symphony, Brooklyn's own Women in Steel dance group, djs, and more.
