Middletown Fireworks Festival

The City of Middletown, in conjunction with the Middletown Commission on the Arts, present a pre-Independence Day festival on July 3rd that promises to be fun for the whole family!

It will take place on the front lawn of the City Hall Municipal Building, 245 DeKoven Street and begin at 6pm.

Activities will include fun for kids, street vendors, food and live music.  The fun will be capped off by a magnificent fireworks display that will light up the skies over the Connecticut River.

At 6pm enjoy the talents of the Middletown High School band, opening for the headliner, Sweet Daddy Cool Breeze who will begin playing their Chicago-style boogie and blues at 7:30pm.  They will be followed by the impressive music of the Middletown Symphony Band at 9pm. 

The fireworks display is sure to wow the crowd.  It will begin at 9:30 and end at 10.  A rain date for this event is scheduled for July 6th.  Parking is available around downtown, there is no cost and everyone is invited to attend.
