ACTORS WITH DISABILITIES TO PERFORM IN MIDDLETOWN
Unique Performance Will Highlight the Themes of Music, Work and Friendship
MARC: Community Resources proudly presents "A Friend Is Who You Make It!" -- an original theatrical performance starring our consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This one-night-only engagement will highlight the significance of music, work and friendship – three keys to a wonderful life. “It’s going to be very inspirational,” said Tiffany, a MARC consumer who stars in the play.
Oddfellows Playhouse is donating use of their theater. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the play is at 6 PM. A brief reception will follow the performance.
The event is free, but seating is limited. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. RSVP by August 17 by calling 860.342.0700 Ext. 210 or email email@example.com.
This special evening is made possible by support from the Maximilian E. & Marion O. Hoffman Foundation. Sponsorship and Playbill program ad opportunities are still available. Contact Andy Heuer at 860-342-0700 Ext. 215 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
